Strategy Committee

The cross-organisational Stra­te­gy Com­mit­tee defi­nes the gui­de­li­nes for col­la­bo­ra­ti­on bet­ween the mem­bers of the Bava­ri­an Rese­arch and Inno­va­ti­on Agen­cy. The coun­cil focu­ses on ensu­ring clo­se und suc­cess­ful coope­ra­ti­on bet­ween the five mem­ber organisations.

The members of the Strategy Committee of the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency include:

Members by virtue of their office:

• the head of the office of the Bava­ri­an Minis­try of Eco­no­mic Affairs, Regio­nal Deve­lo­p­ment and Ener­gy (StMWi)
• the head of the office of the Bava­ri­an Sta­te Minis­try of Sci­ence and the Arts (StMWK)
• the head of depart­ment 4 “Inno­va­ti­on, Rese­arch, Tech­no­lo­gy, Digi­tiz­a­ti­on” of the StMWi
• the head of depart­ment F “Rese­arch” of the StMWK

And as appointed members:

• three rep­re­sen­ta­ti­ves respec­tively from sci­ence (appoin­ted / dis­mis­sed by StMWK) and eco­no­my (appoin­ted / dis­mis­sed by StMWi)
• one rep­re­sen­ta­ti­ve of the Bava­ri­an Sta­te Chancellery
• one rep­re­sen­ta­ti­ve of the Sta­te Minis­try of Finan­ces and
• one rep­re­sen­ta­ti­ve of LfA För­der­bank Bayern

The chair is held by the heads of the offices of the Minis­try of Eco­no­mic Affairs, Regio­nal Deve­lo­p­ment and Ener­gy and of the Minis­try for Sci­ence and the Arts.

The inau­gu­ral mee­ting of the Stra­te­gy Com­mit­tee was held on 14 May 2010 in Munich.
